We brought our solar powered COW Bubble Tower to the Eagle County Fair August 1st. This Bubble Tower uses a discarded vinyl billboard in its design. We also brought Thirsty, one of our Giant Parade Puppets, as well as three dozen sets of hand held wood stilts and bucket stilts for folks to play with.
