Felix – the Bubble Wright , a friend of mine in Delaware, was just published in Renaissance Magazine under his non de plume Torrey Seifenblase, an article titled Renaissance Bubble Machine. “Imagine that Leonardo da Vinci designed a bubble machine . . . .”
He mentions that Peiter Bruegel the Elder did a painting in 1560 entitled “Children’s Games” that showed a lad blowing bubbles. Felix takes his Renaissance Bubble Machine to Ren Faires on the east coast. His machine builds on an Amish goat cart and is quite entertaining!
