The Washington County Fair was a blast! Looong hours! Ran the Bubble Tower and stilt party from 11 am to after 11 pm both nights. Great crowds, terrific response and all ages participated in both activities. The teens in particular had a great time. The weather was HOT, and I was keeping my fingers crossed. In spite of my concerns, our new bubble formula performed flawlessly in the heat and low humidity, with bubbles rafting over the playground and beyond, squealing kids and their beaming parents close behind!

I put two solar panels on the bubble tower to keep the battery charged up for the after dark performance. Was glad that I did, as the tall cotton wood trees shaded the Bubble Tower from about 6 pm until the sun set. The battery provided more than sufficient power both nights.

The night of the Demolition Derby, I let some of the teens walk the tall stilts over to the stadium fence so they could see better. After the derby finished they stilt walked back to return the stilts grinning like banshees! Such fun!
